Ingredients (3-4 servings):
- Chicken wings 1 kg
- Mustard with honey "HONEY HOUSE"
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Sea salt 1 tsp
- Rosemary to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Ground black pepper
Preparation:
Rinse the chicken wings with water and pat dry with a paper towel.
Put the wings in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl combine mustard with honey "HONEY HOUSE" and olive oil, stir with a fork until combined.
Brush the wings with marinade, add rosemary sprigs. Cover the bowl with a lid or wrap with cling film and marinate for 30-60 minutes.
Put the wings in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment, grease the surface with the remnants of the marinade. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180C, for 40-50 minutes. If the wings are not reddened, bake them for the last 5 minutes on the grill mode at 220C.
Serve hot.
