Ingredients (d=20-22 cm):
- Premium wheat flour 100 g
- Wheat flour c/o 50 g
- Chicken egg 1 pc.
- Honey 80 g
- Almond milk 100 g
- Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
- Orange juice 70+30 g
- Pears 3-4 pcs.
- Chopped walnut 50+30 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Butter and flour for greasing the mold
Cooking:
Pears cut in half and lengthwise into thin slices. Sprinkle with orange juice (30 g).
In a medium bowl, combine egg, honey, remaining orange juice, butter and milk, mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine both types of flour and baking powder, mix with a whisk.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir with a spatula until combined.
Separate the third part from the chopped pears and cut into 3-4 more parts.
Stir chopped walnuts (50 g) and sliced pears into the dough.
Grease the sides of the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour, put a circle of pastry parchment on the bottom.
Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish. Arrange the sliced pears on top and sprinkle with the remaining walnuts.
Place the mold in the oven preheated to 170C for 45-50 minutes.
Cool the finished cake on a wire rack without removing it from the mold for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the cake from the mold and transfer to a serving dish.
