The term for the return of funds for a low-quality Product is 10 (ten) days from the date of application by the Buyer The delay in the transfer of funds may depend on the beneficiary's bank.
To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for the return of funds", which is sent at the request of the company to the email address and send it along with a copy of the passport attached to order@medovdom.ru.
To return funds for operations carried out with errors, you must apply with a written application and attach a copy of your passport and checks / receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent to order@medovdom.ru.
The refund will be equal to the purchase price including shipping costs. The term for consideration of the Application and the return of funds begins to be calculated from the moment the Company receives the Application and is calculated in working days, excluding holidays / weekends.
